Hi, I’m Noemi Vidovszki — a counsellor, coach, and lifelong learner fascinated by the intersection of technology, psychology, and human connection.

I hold a certification in non-directive counselling from Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Budapest. I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Cyberpsychology at IADT in Ireland, exploring how our digital lives shape our minds, relationships, and wellbeing.
I’ve been living with multiple sclerosis for over twenty years, which has given me a firsthand understanding of what it means to live with an invisible disability. This experience has become one of my greatest teachers — cultivating resilience, gratitude and self-compassion, and shaping the way I accompany others on their own journeys toward balance and meaning.
Over the years, I’ve supported clients navigating anxiety, identity transitions, grief, and career changes, helping them rediscover a sense of clarity and self-trust. My work blends evidence-based psychology with practical tools drawn from Mindful Self-Compassion and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) — two approaches that continually remind me how healing begins with presence and kindness.
I believe that growth doesn’t come from fixing ourselves, but from listening inwardly and meeting our experiences with curiosity. Whether online or in person, my goal is to create a space where you can explore what’s real for you — at your own pace, in your own way.
I am a believer that every situation that is seemingly unsolvable is a growth opportunity. I am also a believer that each one of us has the inner resources which enable us to find our perfect place in the world and in ourselves.

In my free time I love walking in nature, listening to audiobooks and discussing the questions of life, the universe and everything with my amazing daughter.
